Susan is a Certified Teacher/Trainer of Adults with extensive experience in business and fund development, executive management, and training and development initiatives. The foundation of W&A rests solidly on Susan's experience in Executive Management within the non-profit sector and her experience as an educator/trainer within the adult literacy field and the college sector. Susan’s ability to build solid and effective working relationships, her unique and visionary approach to project and development activities, and her ability to thoroughly analyze organizational needs, ensures that clients receive tangible and lasting value in return for their investment of time and service costs.

Leah S. Taylor, Senior Associate Consultant
Leah has been a team member of W&A since its inception, sharing her expertise and energy with various initiatives for our clients. Leah has completed her Honours B.A. in International Development Studies, her M.A. in Globalization Studies, and Advanced Facilitation Skills Training through ICA Associates.
Leah's contributions to W&A have been instrumental in various initiatives with clients, including project and fund development, youth initiatives, evaluation services, leadership training, curriculum development, community engagement, and in-depth research projects.
